I had no appointment. Even so a quick trouble shoot and confidence- knowledge of my problem and I was on my way to getting my problem solved. No worries attached. I need to come back in, as there a few mystery things like my passenger window control doesn't work from the driver side and the radio quit working. I'm assuming small glitch in having the battery replaced. Great customer service by Chris.

Everything was set when my wife brought our car to Subaru service. All paperworks and even the loaner car (free of charge) were ready. The recall and other maintenance were done on a timely manner. Thank you.

We scheduled an oil change and have wiped blades looked at.we had coupon for Syn oil change $69.49 and a military coupon saying we could get extra 10%.which would make it 62.50 or so plus what was decided on wipers....she insisted loyalty pricing would trump the coupons...well it didn't! I started to address it and her demeanor indicated an argument and I had neither the time or the energy.

Barbara was great! The service guys did forget to put my new wiper blades (that I paid for) on and I live about 30 miles away. Barbara took care of it though.
