During this visit I was assissted during my inital visit, and follow-up visit, by Carter Parthenay. I found Carter to be a courtious profissional that is clearly customer focused. I went in to get my gear selector trim replaced. The new product came in damaged. Then my trim that was taken off so it can be replaced, was damaged.
No problem with service but a huge problem with the fact that when there is an upgrade that affects any system, I am not notified up front. Thank goodness I was not in the middle of nowhere and that I had AAA to get me a jump start. The lack of notification of any upgrades is unacceptable.
The service was completed on time. On delivery of the vehicle after the service the wash job looked like a 4 year old child had washed my car. There were missed areas and water spots all over my vehicle.
Driving home I noticed a slight vibration in the wheels at higher speeds. I will contact the dealership on Monday to resolve this issue.
Love having Carson as our “go to” person. He is very knowledgeable and takes great care of our car needs.
