Andrew gave great service! About 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, my car malfunctioned and Andrew took the time to drive out and meet me where I was stranded. He got my car started again and immediately squeezed me in (for my second service of the day) back at the dealership at no charge. I really appreciate that he went "above and beyond" to make my experience a positive one. I will definitely be coming back to **** Hannah Subaru in Vancouver for my future servicing!

Suggestion for the waiting room: least squeaky chairs, co-occurring pedicures and chair massages. All of us waiting at the same time agreed.

Professional & personable
Andrew is honestly the only reason I even use your guys' location for service anymore. He makes it easy by letting me text him on his personal line to check when the lines will be short, and he notifies me if there is an unexpected opening. When I bring my car in, he adds a personal touch to his service which is refreshing. He takes the same approach to his job here as I do to my real estate business, which is why I'm sure that Andrew is going to be a very successful guy someday. I will be sad to see him go if he ever leaves your team.

Zach was VERY helpful. Had to bring my toddler in and get a loaner car so he made sure we were all set with swapping gear between vehicles and setting up he car seat. Above and beyond with making we were set AND our vehicle was taken care of.
