The leather on my steering wheel was scrachted as well as oily finger print were left on the driver side door. The service provided by Andrew was fatantastic! But this is the second time I have left my car for service and the interior was not the same as we dropped it off. I am impressed by the customer service at the service department, I would just like to get my outback back in the same condition I dropped it off in.

I took my car in per Kenny after having a bad experience. I was told I would be provided lunch, tank of gas, car wash, detail and oil change for free. I did receive my tank of gas, my car was washed and the driver side of my car was cleaned. You can see where they cleaned the inside of the window only on the driver side. I was provided tickets to the rose festival with only one weekend left; after I was left sitting in the show room for 45 minutes after asking to speak to Kenny. I was then told the rock chip in my window was going to be paid for to repaired later to be told to turn it into insurance. The gauges in my car read that every single one of my tires was at a different tire pressure 45,41,42,43 which is weird that wasn't checked. When I left les Schwab following getting new wheels after Dickhannah did not check tire pressure the first time and notice a cracked wheel they were all the same. I was also provided no paperwork of the service so I dont even know if it was done. I will not return to **** hannah, I will never reccomend **** hannah, my two cars will now be serviced by Bud Clary. I gave **** Hannah another chance which they again fell short.

Very friendly and prompt customer service! They were able to get my vehicle through service quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Carter was courteous and answered any and all questions I had.

Prompt and friendly service. However ad for oil change said hand wash for car would be included and then at checkout when we asked we were told we should have asked when we checked in, that this is no longer provided with routine service. We had thought this was automatically included, per your ad.
