Best service I’ve ever received at a **** Hannah Dealership. Frank was beyond helpful! He answered every single one of my questions without hesitation and explained it in a way that made sense to me. I was a manager at Mercedes Benz of Portland for a period of time and Frank is the kind of guy I’d want on my team. Great customer service, inviting smile, very quick to respond and follow up. You make unnecessarily and inefficiently complicated to get a routine service and windshield replacement in one service. This is a company problem and does not reflect on Mr. Hunter.
