Andrew has always been professional and friendly when time I've brought my Sub for service.
I saw a shuttle driver come in for someone headed my direction. I waited about 10 minutes, knowing the shuttle I needed should have already arrived- went out and asked if there was still a shuttle coming and told bluntly - 'no, next one is 11:15' I explained I hadn't been called and must have missed the pickup and recieved a blank stare, so I said ' I guess I'll have to call an uber to get to work....' the service attendant asked 'anything else I can help you with' which didn't seem particularly helpful.
While waiting for my Uber, a shuttle pulled up and asked for me. He seemed annoyed and I described the miscommunication. I had to take the Uber, as it had arrived, and gave him my number, then asked if he could get me at 4. I got a 'no' to this since they stop at 4, 'ok - well will you know when my car is done?'
'No'
'Ok... so when should you get me?'
'Hard to say, I'll just call'
I've always had a super experience at **** Hannah until today. It felt profoundly unhelpful.
The first lady I talked to should have actually checked my name and for the shuttle, and the shuttle drivers should have some way of communicating with service when vehicles are ready.
He did a great job troubleshooting my questions and helping me.
Someone even cleaned out the front seat floor, bagging my trash and wrapping up my tools!

Even though I had an appointment I felt the service representative made me feel rushed. Was not offered a car wash. When I asked for a car wash my rep told me they were really busy and I would have to wait 2 hours.

I am absolutely disgusted with Subaru as a brand! My 2013 Outback has been identified as having an excessive oil burn issue and Subaru will do nothing to fix it, except raise the number of miles before adding oil as normal wear. Subaru knows that there are transmission issues with 2010-2015 Subaru vehicles, chooses not to recall, but extends a warranity, so that I have to wait for warning lights and possible further damage to my vehicle. I will never purchase or recommend others purchase a Subaru. Caron Krigbaum was polite and kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle, while at Service Department. The perfunctory and systematic style of service at **** Hannah is cold, harsh, and makes me feel like I am a number having to be rushed through a checklist. This was not a very nice experience and corporate Subaru is a stingy and nasty brand of vehicle.
Everything was done to my satisfaction and Zack answered all my guestions about my mileage and how often I need to come in for checkups as I have such low mileage. Very satisfied.
