Zach is great. I appreciate his communication. I know that they will make it right, but it was disappointing to learn my car got damaged during service. It is also the fourth time in a row my car didn't get washed after an oil change.
Zachary always goes above and beyond. Your dealership doesn’t regularly stock my tires. Zach recommended a set for the best mileage and handling for the price. And then ordered the tires for me so I could have your service department install them. He made my job easy and he always good for solid advice. He knows his way around a Subaru. I thank him for consistently going above and beyond, for me and all the customers his working with.

Got me in super fast!! I was desperate for an oil change!! I had no time to spare and they moved my car along as quickly as possible. The other guy that kept me entertained the whole time was Adam Sloan. Took me for a test drive, and now I’m going to trade in my current Subaru. He’s a keeper!
This will be my fourth time returning to **** haannah for an oil change service. Every time I would go online to Schedule the oil change a week ahead. I must say the waiting time to get an oil change done at **** hannah is between two to four hrs of waiting. It best to drop the car off or bring a bool cuz your in for a long wait.

Had some warranty work done today it was great everything works wonderfully. Would like to see on the bill the actual cost of what it was instead of no charge. I wonder if what I did was less than what my deductible was? Thank you
