Very happy with the experience. All estimated completion times were spot on which allowed us to plan for the drop off and pick-up. I especially appreciated the free rental car over the week. Only concern I have is with the replacement of the short block engine I didn't receive confirmation from **** Hannah that Subaru had made improvements to the new engine to prevent the original problems from happening again. Other than that a great experience.
Zach was very helpful, explained the services performed clearly, and gave great recommendations for my next visit. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was returned to me in excellent condition.

Hannah's normal price for oil change, oil filter & tire rotation - learned today - is ridiculously high.
I called ahead, spoke to Zach about a quote from Gaynors that was reasonable.
Zach said my Outback requires full synthetic (not a blend) and that Hannah's price was $69.95. I called Gaynors' and rec'd a quote for full synthetic: $70. Since Hannah has serviced my vehicles for several years I chose to bring my car to Hannah - since the price was similar. Chris presented a bill for over $100!! When I told him of Zach's quote, he honored the $69.95 price. There's more but I'm out of room.
I appreciate that despite a computer glitch that list my appointment they were able to take my car in at the original time and complete the service ahead of the estimated duration
