We had selected **** Hannah Subaru service center due to continuous poor service experiences at our hometown Subaru dealer. I do not need to elaborate however I will say that we drove 40 miles to your dealership.

Quick and courteous service
It would be great if copies that are provided for the customer are readable. This is due to the copy machine, not your service men.
I appreciate how the employees greeted me and answered all my questions. They were very nice. However one of the issues I came in for was not resolved as I was told. They had said the knocking sound was completely gone but there was a faint ticking sound which was probably caused by the axle which would need to be replaced at a later time. When I got the car back and started driving, yes the knocking sound was non existent. As I drove for 5 more minutes the knocking sound came back and progressively got worse and by the time I got home it was exactly how I brought it in as. As I had did my own research of the problem I came to find that figuring out what could be the cause is not as hard to pinpoint as I was told. I am now out $800 and do not feel safe to drive. This will cause me to go somewhere else and find someone with 100% confidence to tell me what the issue is and I will most likely pay less.
It took way too long to do the work. It shouldn’t take nearly 3 hours to open a door panel and see if it needs a new window motor. Then, they had to order the part. So I need to down an additional 3 hours next week. Additionally, they didn’t wash my car. And when I came to pick up my car I stood there for several minutes without anyone offering to help me.
It's so nice to be able to trust someplace with my car. Thanks for the great service!!!
Andrew has always been great to work with, ever since I bought my car back into thousand 10. Now if he would just give me all this service for free he would get an A+ from me. LOL
