It was a very pleasant visit. The car wash looked more like a car rinse so I probably won’t be doing that again but the overall was nice.
Stacie was immediately available, knowledgeable, warm, and thoughtful. I also appreciated her awareness and acknowledgement of me. This quality is often lacking in the male staff, despite the fact that they are all nice people.
The car wash is below par every time I’ve been in. The staff are great though. No problems with the service team.

Frank, my service rep, was knowledgeable and friendly and kept me informed. I really like the text message updates. I was able to get work done in the office area due to the desk surface, but had trouble connecting with the WiFi with my laptop. Great experience.
