I’ve had great Suburu service. Carson has been the best and now Stacie was great too.
The courteous and well trained team at your dealership is the main reason that I bring my vehicle here for maintenance.
They did a good job of addressing my need to finish work in a timely manner. I had expected fix to take between 20 to 40 minutes do to time given on recall message I received. So I was surprised that when I arrived that it could take up to 3hours! It was explained that there is potentially a lot of testing that may be required. I explained that I work graveyard and that if I would have known about additional time needed that I would have selected a different time. They worked with me and had me out in a little over an hour! I appreciate that they did that.

Frank was absolutely awesome. I don’t know where this complaint should actually be logged to.... when I bought my car it was absolutely filthy. Even after they “cleaned it up” for me. This is the third time my car has been cleaned and there is visible dirt everywhere. This was something that was brought up atleast 10 times during the purchase of my car as a incentive. It’s very frustrating to have my rims be covered in dirt still and my back windows not even washed. The service department aside this issue was excellent and I look forward to continuing to work with them. I would rather not have a car wash offered than have a half clean car.
Zack is a pleasure to work with and has always met or exceeded are expectations. He's a valuable employee and puts the interest of the customer first.
Not being told at my 3000 mile service that since I declined having the cabin filter changed that it voided our tires for life deal. I'm pretty upset about it
