I can’t be too petty when it comes to my review since I was not charged anything. But I was under the impression that my car would be vacuumed and the windows cleaned. Not a big deal though.

Frank took great care of my outback and it drives much better with the upgraded tires. On a side note, the last tires that were put on my vehicle under the “tires for life plan” were crap. They were never good, and I actually didn’t feel safe in my Subaru in snowy conditions. That program should be changed and only safe, quality tires should be used, or at least let people know that you are putting sub-optimum tires on their car. I spent $280 of my own money today to put safe, quality tires on my vehicle. It drives SO much better now. I feel this program is very misleading to your trusting customers, and actually with those very poor quality tires you are doing your customers a huge disservice.

Had a appointment scheduled. When I arrived they had me use the express oil change service. The operator said it would take 45 minutes . I left my car for 45 minutes came back and it still sat in the same spot. Not happy with this terrible customer service. First time customer probably won’t be back and we own two 2014 Subaru’s.

Frank was polite and courteous, a very nice guy. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix our problem just yet, he has to wait for the software to fix our Sirius radio problem, but that isn’t his fault.
