James was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have an appointment but he got me in the shop in very reasonable time. He kept me updated and treated all the other customers the same. Very professional.

My former service advisor was Devin and James is every bit as good. He promptly answered my questions and did not pressure me to agree to the four additional service recommendations. I haven’t had my Kia worked on anywhere else since I bought it and I have been very happy with the people and the caring service my Soul and I have received at Hannah. Thanks, James! It was great to get to visit with Devin for a few minutes too!

When I brought my car to replace the tire pressure problem. I waited 2 hours and 30 minets. At Kia Moters they said it was done and my tire pressure would not come on. When I left Kia motors I did not get to the first stop sign when the light came on. They told me that there was a recall on that problem. They didn’t do anything for me except turn off my car lights. When I stopped at a tire shop and had them check it they suggested I take the tire problem back to the dealership. I did and this time I was not waiting. I even took the tire out of the truck of my car.

I needed a part. I was told you had many. You didn’t. Devin was terrific. He helped me pair my new phone. Everything else was awful, including Fox “news” on the lounge TV.

We scheduled this a month out. Very disappointed that it took a month to fix. Every time we called, they were getting a part in tomorrow. Heard that way to many times. Love my car, but a month with a rental was very annoying.
