Everything was easily explained and went smoothly. The only thing I would say that could improve is the time for an oil change.

Dakota was very nice and took time to explain everything to me, I was very when I left there feeling like I really understood what was done and what might need to be done soon. Dakota is a great example of your believe in nice motto.

Dakota & the other employee who processed my payment was very nice, however they made a mistake on my service invoice. Dakota told me that they did not rotate the tires but it was stated on my invoice & this is not the first nor the second time that they messed up since I've been taking my sorento for services their.

I was over charged and it took 6 hrs to complete a 9:30 scheduled appointment for an oil change. Didn’t get my complimentary car wash.

I was a little upset that I mentioned that I wanted my brake lights checked when I dropped my car off. My brake lights WEREN’T checked and wasn’t even on the inspection report. (Shouldn’t that always be a part of the inspection report?) so, when I picked my car up, I had to wait while they checked my brake lights and replace the bulb that I knew was out.
