I think the services of car wash should be suspended during fall and winter. I witnessed something that made me uncomfortable between employers about washing the cars and made me realize that is absolutely cruel to make them do it at a 40 degree weather. If you guys care about your employers like you state you care about your clients, please stop the courtesy service. They are humans and this type of weather compromise their well being and I can assure to you that hurts your business having employers take time off sick because of an action of irresponsibility from the company. I found my whole **** Hannah Kia Service experience quick, easy and efficient and I really like the comfort of knowing my Sorento is in goid shape also the waiting room was comfortable and clean. Cassandra Shaw was very nice experience and Cassie is excellent at her job. Sincerely Shila H

Made an appointment for 930a to get my car tail light fixed . Didn’t get it back until 330p and nothing was even repaired. I have to take it back in again to get the work done. Taillight was inspected and put on an inspection report 7/17/18 by DH Toyota so it was known to be broken but not replaced before I even purchased the car. Also very disappointed that the paint issue wasn’t even noticed by DH Toyota inspection when car was originally traded in and not fixed before I bought the car will not be fixed. The paint issue was more noticeable than the taillight so I’m just confused on how it was missed.

I was pretty happy with my car buying experience today overall. I was fairly disappointed, however, when driving off the lot I discovered that we were only provided 1/4 tank of gas. The vehicle I traded in had just been gassed up a day earlier and was at 3/4 of a tank. I can’t recall any previous car purchases where we left with anything other than a full tank. Its a small drop in the bucket when discussing a 22 thousand dollar purchase, but it’s a small gesture that really completes a positive experience. I certainly would have negotiated a full tank of gas had I known it would not have been a simple courtesy. Something I’ll keep in mind next time I’m shopping for a car.
