Troy was wonderful as always. Really professional and willing to take time to answer all the questions I had.

It’d be nice if the car wash was done on site instead of via a Kaddy car wash coupon. That’d be a nice touch. Otherwise it was quick and easy.

It was delayed to get info until I called to check 6 hours after my appointment. However Troy was extremely helpful and accommodating.

A rare manufacturer defective oil filter was difficult to find, even for Lee. Everything is fine now. Troy worked hard to correct the Ellis I’ve problem.

Cassandra was very professional and pleasant. And whoever answered the phone in the service department when I first called did outstanding!!

I was a little unhappy for one that I had to turn around and go back when I was almost on the freeway to get my reminder sticker have my next Oil Change my second complaint was that they kept telling me that they do not watch the cars and vacuumed them out after they've been serviced but I would get a voucher or token to go to your car wash or a car wash that you guys use and that was not given to me. I had to travel not far but in about a 40-minute drive to get down to you guys so I just kind of thought that I should be given what I was told I was given. I also was a little upset that I got the one letter about the recall but then when I get down to your guys's service station there is a total of three recalls so my car had to stay all day and all night and I had to pick it up the next day which meant I had to find arrangements to bring me back home which is up north from you guys and back down there

Great guy to work with. And, really appreciate the kaddy car wash. This should be a permanent offer especially to loyal customers. Thx again

Mr. Costa is excellent, I leave my car there to him servicing it is in good hands. He lives up to his word when tells me what he is going to do. I have had issues there in the past, but none with Mr. Troy Costa.he makes it a little more positive doing business there and with KIA. Thank you.
