James took very good care of me and went the extra mile to help me get a loaner car so that I could continue with my day. They took care of the one issue and ordered the parts for two other issues. The only way service could have been better is if the parts would've been in stock.

I highly recommended. I am sad to see the Kia General Manager relocate to AZ. She is top notch and should be given the chance to own her own store.

Took much longer than it should have taken to find problem and especially to get kia rep to inspect the vehicle. Being a brand new vehicle kia didn't seam to be in any rush to investigate. The other thing that baffles me is that kia puts out a vehicle without having the harness in the parts system. They could have pulled it off of the assembly line and sent to dealer. Now we have to bring back at a later date when harness is released to dealer. I realize that dealer has their hands tied
