There was no communication regarding the status of repairs even after I specifically requested it. I was told when I dropped off the van in the morning that it would be ready "between 3 and 4." When I called to check on status at 4:30 after work, I was told they were "just finishing up." When I arrived at 4:45, the van was still not ready. I didn't leave the dealership until well after 5:00. I was late for another appointment because of it. NOW, when I drive on the freeway at 70 MPH, the steering wheel shudders and my van drifts to the right after your team performed an "inspection" that I did not request.

License plates retrieved and attached, which were the purposes of our visit. We noticed completion through the window, but were not notified in the lobby. We went on our way. Cheers! David

Expensive and inconsistent reports. 1 fix up and they find this problem then another fix up and they find another problem and dont even acknowledge what needed fixing last time. Example. Last time serpintine belt was worn and this time they said it was fine. Magic?

Even though I have to return the car again, Cassie, James and Dean were all excellent. The man who picked us up was not very polite and certainly needs to understand you do not start driving until a child is buckled. But at the end of the day, I appreciate James assistance to get me rescheduled.

Hi,the transmission problem wasn't fixed, it's still doing the same thing. Hopefully I can get it back in to resolve. I also requested an alignment that wasn't completely but not a big deal. I'm more concerned about the transmission. Thank you
