Everyone was very polite, helpful, and respectful. Jennifer did a great job! I really, really appreciated the Lyft ride out to my work in Battleground. It is really hard for me to get rides places because I'm single, so it was fabulous to have that service.

Didn’t appreciate Chrysler telling me that the diff oil was dirty so I have to pay for a rear diff oil change that wasn’t necessary because the rear diff was bad. It took me coming into the dealership and taking a Tech for a drive to convince him that there was a serious problem with the rear end. I also feel that sending me home with a diff that could possibly go out while me or my wife was driving the car is a huge liability issue as well as putting us in an unsafe vehicle. On top of that I had to pay for a rental for a part that was under warranty that DHC installed a year ago. I need reimbursed for both the rear diff oil change and the rental car.

When I called in to set up my appointment I was quoted a price of $40 ... when I went in for my appointment and after service was done my price was double the quote

This is the second time I've left the dealership with a warning light coming on within a mile of leaving. The first was the EBS light coming on. This time was because of low tire pressure to my rear tires. I know this was probably because of the tire rotation, but still shouldn't happen. Lots of recalls as well. My old Toyota didn't seem to have the bugs this truck does. I think it's up to 5 recalls and I've had the truck for about 1 1/2 years.

Teil has consistently provided exceptional client service. Each time I’ve had the opportunity to work with her she is professional, articulate, and friendly. Her constant positive attitude and ability to manage my expectations about costs, time to completetion and explanation about what my Jeep needs serviced, really creates a positive experience. I live south of Portland and drive all the way to Vancouver because you fix my Jeep well but even more so because I can rely on Teila to get good information and a reliable service experience.

Was told I would have a loaner car when I made the appointment and there wasn't one available? Also, was told there was no one to do a car wash during the winter? You don't employ detailers year round? I find that hard to believe! Got to be nearly 6pm and hadn't heard from anyone to let me know my car was ready, I had to call to get the status of my vehicle. Was trying to stick with using **** Hannah for the maintenance on my vehicle to keep the "reward" benefits...but paying $76.99 WITH a coupon was ridiculous on top of NO "rewards" like the car wash and loaner car. Valvoline will be getting my business in the future for minor maintenance, unless it is covered under the Chrysler warranty.
