First of all Kelsey was awesome!.. waiting over 2 hours for an oil change then having to return for under inflated tires after a tire rotation was a bit much.
KELSEY Arnold needs a special thank you. She has stepped beyond the norm to be assistance to me. Very nice lady. Has cool fingernails. Dont know how she strokes the keys with her painted daggers.
Regardless. I seek her out when I need service assistance.

The entire experience from calling the store to making the appointment and with Jeff being helpful, communicative, and efficient! I just bought my Jeep in June and this was my first experience with the shop and Jeff was great!

Part was over a week out and the cost for the repair is 100% more than another local shop that had the part in stock.
Replaced part under warranty quickly. Had part in stock.
The blinker was never even fixed and as soon as we got it back, the headlight went out. Oh, and the charges were much more than quoted. So done with Jeep and your dealership.

This Is the third time in a row that I’ve left your dealership with unfixed issues. Your service quality control is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. If I finally get this vehicle fixed (after many months of issues) I will never be returning here for service.
The first time I got my vehicle serviced (back in June) for a major recall that I was incredibly concerned about and made it very clear that the check engine light would continue to come on after servicing, your dealership simply performed a firmware upgrade and sent me off without checking the vehicle. Check engine light came on after 10 mins of driving home.
The second time I came in for the same problem, my vehicle was in “limp mode” due to the exhaust recall issues. I had to wait a month and a half to get it back. When called that it was ready, I asked that it be tested profusely to make sure the light didn’t come back on. After picking it up, the light was fine but the coolant started to overheat the next day, causing the car to overheat and requiring me to pull over 4 times just to get back to your shop.
This third time of it being in your shop lasted 4 days. Once they said it was ready, I was so angry from the previous experiences that I begged them to check for everything to ensure there wasn’t any further issues. I was told it was tested for 30 mins of driving. On my drive home I now started hearing a loud buzzing vibration noise from the defrost vent by the windshield over 60 mph. It’s always something with this shop... Always a new issue.
I’ll be calling in once again to bring the car back a forth time. If it finally gets right I will never bring it back and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay clear of your shop and go somewhere else. This is the worst I’ve ever experienced and no one else should be put through this.
