Coolant level was left low. I have returned the vehicle to have topped off. Also, ask why there was engine oil on my air filter when I looked at it after the service.

Will never return to **** Hannah ever again!!!!! It took at least an hour of phone time just to order a part & set an appt. to have it installed. Showed up 1/2. Hour before appt. time just to get it moving. Service manager was on lunch but was assured that at 2:00 service would be started. At 2:10 I got a call to see if anything else neeeded to be done during the appt. Then they were going to make sure the part was in stock. WTF? I called & the part was supposed to be there 2 days before my appt. 2:45 I got a call confirming labor costs. I asked for this 3 days prior. As of this point my vehicle is now damn near 1 hour behind schedule! Finally after 2 1/2 hours at this joke of auto dealership, my car is brought out front. I walk out only to notice a huge door ding in the rear fender on the drivers side. I was pissed! Just bought the vehicle 6 weeks ago from a GREAT dealership called McCords Vancouver Toyota without a scratch or ding in the vehicle. The manager Darin Greene showed me a photo that it was there when he took his photos. The vehicle had been moved at least 50 feet in the photo from where I got out of it! That ding was NOT there when I got out! There was not a sorry or nothing to try to fix it! Then I got the bill where I was being charged about $27 more for the part being installed than I was previously quoted by 2 other people in parts. It was great to have all of the extra time to walk around your jeep lot. It was pretty awesome to witness a customer show up to look at a brand new vehicle they saw online to see their reaction when they realized that someone at your dealership obviously backed it into something or they backed something into it! The customer said "Damn, that needs to go to the body shop!" Maybe this happened in your service dept. This has by far been my worst ever service appt. out of 25 yrs of driving! Will never return to **** Hannah dealership! I should have listened to everyone I know. I will be seeking some sort of reimbursement for the door ding!
