Kelsey went out of her way to make sure I was kept informed and explained all that was going on she always had the sun shining in her voice and made me comfortable with not having my jeep also loaning me a vehicle similar to mine was awesome any future shop visits Kelsey will be the only one I’ll deal with in fact wish something would go wrong with it so she could take care of me

As a single young woman, I have always felt apprehension about bringing my vehicle in for service. Today's experience made me very glad that I decided to go with **** Hannah when purchasing my vehicle and I will continue to bring it to their service station for maintenance. Having Cassandra to guide me through my experience was something that I have never had I'm bringing my vehicle to a garage. She made me feel comfortable and set accurate expectations for the time it would take. 10/10 rating for both her and the service.

This was an expensive repair for me and I was pretty stressed about it. Shawn helped me through financing the bill and helped me to understand what other work needs to be done. It was pretty overwhelming but he was very helpful.

She is great! Cassandra helped me understand the work completed, and got me in and out very quick. Has been by far the easiest trip i have made at this service center. I hope to stick with her being my service rep for any future work.

My van did not get washed. Im certain I purchased the replacement key fob program even though it cannot be found in your system. Having lost a key fob before i knew and discussed the need for this service. Im looking through the papers at time of purchase this evening to find it. Everyone was super friendly though. I did appreciate the three oil changes for $150 though.
