They quoted 2-2.5 hours and it ended up being 4+ hours. I was fine with that since I expected it to take longer, but might help to over estimated rather than under for customers that might get a little more upset. Also, I received a text saying my car was done and in the wash queue (also was on my services print out for a wash and vacuum) and my car didn't have either done when I got to it. I didn't go back, because I was ready to go home.

I love going to **** Hannah but this last time I was there they had my car all day and told me the problem had been fixed and I had to bring it back because my car was still shaking but not nearly as much so part of the problem was solved but not the whole thing. Although Jeffrey has been great help
Mary was super nice and courteous The day I brought in my Jeep. There was only one service attendant so I was not able to get my usual car wash. This wasn't a huge deal but when I got home there were oil smudges and grease all over the hood and grill. The next morning I noticed a small amount of oil on my driveway. I looked under to make sure there was no leak and noticed the outside of the oil pan was covered in oil. It looks like whomever did the oil change either did not remove the cover or spilled oil on it when removed. Regardless I would like to think it would have at least been wiped down or cleaned off. I have always had great service which is why I bring it in to have it serviced by a Certified Jeep technician. Thank you

Customer service was amazing! I really enjoyed **** hannah's way of contacting me about my vehicle. It was nice to open a link sent via text message and read through it to learn what is wrong with my vehicle. Rather than playing phone tag with a mechanic. Good job!

The service weiter(Kelsey) went far above the standard in this business (ive been associated with the car dealership business since i was a lkid at my dad's Ford dealership) ( but not any time connected to **** Hannah). She was efficient but took time to be gracious. She told the repair situation straight forward with no baloney. She was professional, but also personable. I would tecommend to anyone.o
Very pleased with service and my concerns
I am still waiting to have my check engine light fixed. Matthew was supposed to contact all state regarding my service contract and it has been near 2 weeks with no call or update from him or any other service member. Can someone contact me so i can get this engine light fixed.
