Simple oil change turned into a two day process due to the O ring being damaged and oil pouring out and necessitating a tow!
Emails have been sent about my issues. You need to keep promises of return timelines. You need to honor texted quotes. You need to call when you say you will. You need to take coupons from your own website.
Had full inspection done of vehicle. Was told everything was checked. Front end rattle wasnt diagnosed, mileage wasnt changed enough for a test drive to have been done. Can confirm that headlight high beams, washer fluid, rear left tire, heater, and tire pressures were not checked. Seems like quite a bit of the list was overlooked considering there was broken parts that somehow got a "pass" from the tech. Teila did great and was super friendly. My inspection issue was with the tech. Thanks looking for another dealership to re check the truck as I don't trust the report given to me.

Everything was excellent and I was taken care of I just didn’t get the car wash that I wanted. They were unable to do car washes on this day so I wasn’t completely satisfied but I was very satisfied with my serice. She gave me exemplary service and I’m appreciative for it. Just didn’t get my car wash.
Alyssa is great. She knew I needed to be some where on Saturday and when she found out the vehicle needed more time she found me a loaner. Great customer service. I will definitely continue to work with her!

Jeff was nice and polite, but the ‘service’ you provide is a scam. I know from personal experience the time it took to diagnose the problem I had with my wipers would take no more than 15 minutes (because an unskilled person such as myself found the problem within that time). In fact I mentioned what was wrong when I brought the vehicle in, and yet I was initially charged for an hour of labor to diagnose and reassemble the cowl. Apparently it is customary to rip off customers. And as such I will never purchase another vehicle from **** Hannah (I’ve purchased two) and I will especially never have my vehicles serviced there. Thanks for confirming the stereotype thst dealerships are crooks.
