Work with your in house Allstate warranty so there's no problems with customers needing a rig to drive home while theirs is getting serviced! This should be a guarantee especially when the customer has a "bumper to bumper" warranty. And always have a loaner car ready for customers (you have a lot full of rigs) so how hard is it to loan a rig to a customer?

After an the oil change there was oil all over the suspension. Sr techs need to QC before releasing to the customer. Issue was remedied but cost me an hour. Also after spending $400 for service and not getting a carwash is frustrating.

There was a problem with the transmission fluid level. I was wasn't notifed so the problem could be resolved. Now there is still a risk of further damage. I called back 2 times to talk to Matthew and received no return call. I need to resolve the fluid level problem and some other problems too.

When I picked up my vehicle they brought it out to me with my floor board along with my floor mats out of my Jeep. They didn’t put my vehicle completely back together as I had pieces of my car on my dashboard and my backseat. When I asked the gentleman who brought me my car what happened and why was my car not put together he looked at me like I was stupid and told me to see my service rep. Jeff was my service rep. He told me there was a miscommunication and would be done shortly. After driving my car to battle ground, I went into the store for groceries. When I came out there was a puddle of water on my passenger front floor board. This was the main reason I brought my vehicle in for service. I called Jeff and he told me that they couldn’t get me in until Jan 29th and that there may or may not be a rental car for me. He said I would get a confirmation via text for my upcoming appointment. I never received a confirmation. I originally made an appointment 3 weeks ago to fix the leak in my door seal, which has already been replaced one year ago. I feel like I should not have to wait another 3 weeks to have this issue resolved. I should’ve been able to bring the car back the same day since the problem was not properly resolved. I feel that a rental car should have been offered for my inconvenience. Jeff was very nice and did a great job with communicating. My problem was not with him. It is the fact that I waited 3 weeks to get my Jeep in and expected it to be fixed. It wasn’t fixed therefore I should’ve been able to bring it back immediately to have the problem resolved.

Only issue is that I arrived on time at 8:30am and finally got my vehicle back at 11:15am. Over an hour and a half for removal and installation of 2 bedrail caps should not have taken so long.

Kelsey completely exceeded my expectations when helping me navigate through unexpected issues with my 2015 Wrangler. Kelsey is both knowledgeable and personable. What I found most surprising (and comforting) was the degree of empathy this young woman possesses. Thank goodness that Kelsey was the person who had to give me bad news, and then guide me through the process. You are truly fortunate to have a person of Kelsey’s caliber representing your organization.
