Auto dealership is a Me Too Offering and I can get cars and service anywhere. One of the things that draws me to a dealership is a clean car when I leave but twice now out of the last 3 times there's been no one available there to wash my car. Never have this problem Dicks Country Dodge. Sounds like a service department management issue to me. Good luck in business.

My husband Jay said Mary did a great job. She looked up the service policy and adviced on the tire rotation. She also mentioned the feee car wash once a month. This is the kind of excellent service that makes me feel comfortable to our our teenager, who drives the jeep, come in next time to do the service on her own!
The problem I had was with the assesible bathrooms- The grab bars are far away from the toilet. using it was very dificult then the changing table was almost ontop of you.
Trial is GREAT, she handled the issue with my truck quickly and kept me in the loop as far as the repairs were going on my truck. I'll be back cause it's all about really good customer service!!!!
Everything worked out great. Was happy that Shawn was still there when I had to turn around and come back when the low coolant level indicator came on. He was happy to get the cooling system topped off for me and was very helpful
One side of the hood was not latched down (2010 Jeep wrangler) at 60MPH on the bridge the hood tried to open. Could of been a disaster. Luckily it wasn't.

Thanks to Teila and Beth for their great service. One thing that should be explained more thoroughly on the paperwork in the exact make and type of oil used. Some people will mistakenly put the wrong oil in their vehicle because it doesn't state if synthetic or conventional oil was used. Thanks to Teila, she had this info hand written on my work order so there would be no mistake if I have to add oil to my vehicle. Thanks very much to Teila and Beth.

I Jack F Pierce, was very satisfied with the prompt service appointment but was informed MY car was do for the 20,000 mile service even tho it has only 15500 or a little less.So that was what what was done. Even though I asked why? I was informed that was what was due. To the price of $167.48 even tho I stated I had been sent an oilchange price Of 39.95???? I am very disappointed in this kind of service! !! Your service writer's are very plesent and courtous but seems more enterested in what the computer said than what the customers asks for. So if I don't get any response to this, I will bring my car in for warranty work but not for basic service. A Very disappointed customer Jack P
