When I brouchat my truck in first recalls, the battery was just fine. When I went to get my truck, after receiving a call that the battery was shot, I was told it had to get jump started so I could take it home. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery as it is a 730 cold crank output and when I had it checked at Battetues plus, it was putting g out 710 to 720 cold crank. I am convinced your technician left the keys on and ran the battery down as the piece if dodo radio does not shut off like thousands of others in Ram Trucks. Do not try to pull the wool over your customers eyes as that will come back to bite you in the end!!!!@!!!!

I had an appointment at 11:30 they told me 45 mintues and I was there for over 2 hours with no one telling me what was going on I had to go out and find out and the Emily didn’t even rembmer me I was pissed and no one did anything or say sorry nothing

Worst auto service experience ever! From the moment I drive up to the double-lane 10 cars to check-in for an “appointment,” I knew it was going to be a nightmare. I had 2 recalls on my new 2018 Pacifica. I had letters for both in hand from Chrysler, but after an awful check-in experience with Emily (Rude, curt, seemingly frustrated I even existed in her world), she failed to tell me they wouldn’t be able to complete one of the recalls due to parts availability and even went so far as to text me the work was complete later that day. I tried calling and texting multiple times to confirm both recalls had been done (My Chrysler app said only one was complete), but no one called me back. I called again the next day and had to get someone to walk around to find Emily and ask her face to face - only then to finally find out both recalls were not completed. When I returned to pick up my car because there was no ETA on parts, Emily was nowhere to be found - no one else offered to help as I stood there waiting for 10 mins and even when I asked if someone else could help me, they seemed annoyed and quickly gave up because they couldn’t find my paperwork within 30 seconds. The only bright spot in the whole experience was Janet, the shuttle driver. She was professional, friendly, and sincerely wanted my experience to be better than it had been. Regardless, I DREAD having to go back there later for the other recall. ?

Let me break it down in a few key bullets: 1. The Text messages for service updates is a nice idea. But the execution is bad. I would reply to the text message that said "Please reply to this test message for all correspondence" and no one ever would respond back. I was always forced to call the dealership and get into someone's queue that would call me back hours later. This was frustrating as the first visit I had to track down if done, and on second visit waited an extra 2 days and still had to call in and wait hours to be told yes its done. 2. For both of the last 2 services the team did not wash the truck. All previous visits they washed the truck. If they removed this item which was a plus that is a poor customer service enhancement. 3. Brought in truck with perfectly working air conditioning, and when picked up it did not work. When taken back next day since already closed, they said the core piece by dash was cracked and all Freon leaked out and charge me 2.2k to fix. Its amazing it broke in just the time they worked on it. I still believe the work they did inadvertently broke it, yet staff insisted it had to be broke before coming in. I don't buy it. 3. Your labor hourly costs are out of this world. I have bought 4 new cars from here, and serviced them all, but after this, I do not believe I will be coming back after brakes, rotor, serp belt, and some oil changes along with damaged A/C at your location and nearly 6k later is ridiculous.

Customer services was very good, although the overbooking causes notable communication problems with regard to questions an updates on car. If not for shuttle service guestioning a possible pick up in Oregon, I would have been stranded at the max station.He had not been informed that I was waiting.I was grateful for his follow up from the day before...an his quick The car is running well

Do not call me. Too many texts and calls were part of the problem. I was contacted to confirm my appointment SEVEN times! And I confirmed each time yet was still contracted again. You scheduled too many appointments at a time so it was chaotic and too busy. The only reason my car was done when it was supposed to be was because I had to be forceful with the agent helping me. I was treated like cattle but at least I got to commiserate with the other unhappy customers there.
