Appreciate getting all fixed up without an appointment. Low Tire warning and 1% oil life light on as I was preparing to exit my garage to go to my one day away from caring for my husband who is ill. No courtesy car available but your working with Enterprise allowed me to rent a car and be on my way. All worked out Teila is a great asset to your staff.

My car sat out front after being finished for at least 20 minutes. I saw it come out and waited fir someone to come and get me and no one came. I finally went inside and asked about my car. Jennifer has gone to lunch and not left paperwork with anyone else. I know she deserves and needs a lunch. But I would think when a tech is at lunch someone else should be responsible for processing paperwork. Looked like it was terribly understaffed. Jennifer was great to work with though. Your process needs changed.

Way too slow! 4.5 hour's to change a tpms sensor in one tire and balance 4 tires. Kelsey was awesome keeping me in the loop and laughing ???? with me because the mechanic was so slow.
