Beth was great i really really thank her she did her job perfectly but **** Hannah auto service at jeep Chrysler was not ok which i believe Beth should be letting her supervisor know soon. Again beth was great very helpful and nice. P.S. SHE was patient and understanding i thank her.

It took me 3 time coming there just to get the parts order. Then I was told that a recall on the tailgate could be taken care of at the same time that work wasn’t .done.. The fender fliars don’t look replaced it looks like the old once were glued down you can see the glue. Not happy I have purchased a few car there not sure I will do that again.

Hi. I was there on the Sept. 26 to took my car for the first time service. My appointment was at 9:30. I told them I will come back at noon to pick my car up. So that way they can have plenty of time to work on my car. When I came back at noon. I went up to the service counter , the car still not ready. and so I have to wait for almost half hour for the car to be done. The service staff called me to make the payment. After I made the payment, the service staff told me to waiit outside and someone will bring my car over. I waited for about 15 minutes and I don’t see my car. So, I went back to tell the service staff when they will bring my car out? The service staff said some one should bring my car out soon. So, I went back out side to wait for another good 5-6 minutes. I got frustrated because I wasted a lot of time there since I have another appointment I have to go to that day. I wish you guys should work more on time and be organize. I ‘m not impressed with the service at all and I’m very disappointed! Please have service manager call me and I want to know how you will improve the service. Otherwise I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks!

I was happy to get in when I need it to and everybody was very nice and they called me and asked me if anything else had to be done earlier that I wanted a quote on my tires they were very nice and called me and question me about that

Everything involving my car service was great. My only concern was my car was cleaned and everything looked great on the outside and in the front seat. However, when I opened the back Door to put my granddaughter in today. The backseat area had hot been touched.

Kelsey was wonderful in assisting me with me new vehicle and getting the items agreed upon during the sale completed. I had some issues with my sales guy, Anwar, AJ, with just not consistent or full information. I felt like I had to pry information sometimes out of him. Also, I bought the 2017 SRT that someone used as a demo and when I got home the night of purchasing it I found a bunch of personal belongings in the glove box. The Jeep was “new” but I felt like it had a used feel to it because of that and the fact that all of that perosn’s contact information, etc, were set in the display and navigation device. I love the service department they have always done a good job taking care of my 2012 Jeep. I just wish that when I was sold the 2017 SRT I left the lot feeling more like it was a new car/mine, versus someone else’s Jeep I was driving. There was no drivers manual and I think one was ordered but it’s been almost a month since I bought it...Lastly, after having my new Jeep for almost a week to put new tires and do some buffing out of scratches, I expected to pick up new, clean ride to take off the lot and go “yes, now it feels like mine”. Instead it was completely dirty and I ended up washing it myself the next night. Thanks to Kelsey for her part from the service experience. She was responsive and thorough in the information she provided me

Overall satisfied. Though with your using Lyft instead of shuttle service, you’ll need a better pick up site than “the deli”. My driver had no idea what was being referred to and took a while to find me. I eventually had meet him in the parking lot

Made appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Even with appointment it took several hours. When I got there I was told what needed to be done with almost cost $500. I was never warned of other things that needed to be done for the maintenance. It was quite a surprise to hear that cost I was not prepared. I now have to come back for the remainder of the maintenance. Not sure if I should schedule an appointment, last appointment seem to make no difference if I had was scheduled or not.

She greeted me with a smile, told me what I needed to know. She told me about a recall and said they would be able to take care of it in a timely fashion. She was professional but took time to listen.
