I don't believe my entire transfer case needs to be changed. I also asked my uncle in Hawaii who's been a mechanic for 30+ years what he thinks, and he says if my transfer case was completely bad, my car would have other symptoms (i.e. jerking motion when shifting, grinding noise, other noises) and my car drives perfectly fine. He told me instead of having the 4wd system diagnosed and "fixed", it should have been serviced (i.e. oil service for transmission). I just feel like **** Hannah is giving me an inaccurate diagnosis and it's complete ****. After buying TWO cars from y'all, you guys have some nerve.

Disappointed they couldn’t fix the recall while I was there, especially since it was never fixed at my appt I made the last time I was there and it was to be fixed.

Service from Teila, however your prices for accessories (windshield wipers, air filter labor) are ridiculous high. I always leave filling I was once again ripped off.

He took my truck into Tuesday morning to change out water pump I got it back Friday afternoon and still making racket I will take it to the shop on Monday to find out what’s wrong with it i’ll let you know what you did wrong

I was actually treated with respect and like I was somebody. At car dealerships I usually get treated like a nobody and I can’t stand that. Everyone today was extremely nice and very helpful to!!
