My truck was not finished when I was told it would be finished and when I got in my truck to leave I noticed a piece of my dash still on the dashboard. I went back inside to get someone to put the piece back on and he seemed like he was guessing on how to put it back.

This was possibly the worst service experience I’ve had.
Teila was fantastic. She has helped me with minor issues with my car twice and has been exceptionally professional and accommodating. I will continue my patronage to the **** Hannah dodge dealership because of her service.

The thought the price for the servicing done was excessive. Transmission fluid and brake fluid replacement for $470! I realize it takes time to drain the fluids, but I'm sure the techs did other things while the fluid was draining ... like work on someone else's vehicle. That seems like double-billing. You should only be charging for the actual time the techs spend working on the car. Feels like I got gouged.

Very happy but when he had the oil changed previous to this visit, he detected cigarette smoke in it when he picked it up. He had to leave the windows open in the garage when he got home...

I prefer to take my vehicle to the dealer for service because they know the vehicle better than. Any other shops. Prices must be competitive which they were. I am very satisfied with the work done the duration to do the work and prices. Good job. I will be back.

Still not good at telling people when their car is finished. Saw it in lot and had to go to Emily to get key and paperwork. At least it wasn't a 3-hour wait like last time when they parked it in the back and didn't tell us it was finished. Also, what's the point of emailing home computer to tell us car is ready when I'm sitting in the waiting room?
Just would like to be given a timeframe of completion next time.
And, why do we make appointments when it ends up being 1st come 1st serve anyway?
