Darin provided the best level of customer service I have received so far from **** Hannah. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from **** Hannah in 2015. Since then, my dealings with the service department have been subpar or flat out disappointing. To the point where I’ve sworn off buying another vehicle from **** Hannah. Darin completely turned that attitude around for me. My Jeep was just being serviced for the day and he got me a loner and gave me updates through out the day. He even ran the work being done through my warranty to make sure I wasn’t over paying. The last time I had work done on they snuck a 60k mile service without telling me until it was time to pay. On top of that my car was there for three days and wasn’t given a loner. Darin turned my negative attitude around...I now have a positive attitude in regards to the service center. Darin restored my trust and provided the highest level of customer service I’ve received there. Super grateful to of had him for my service rep.

Had a tire problem. You kept my truck over with the promise to get new tires. After a few calls I was told the tires were not delivered. Jeff did his job but all his efforts did not produce the tires. I ask Jeff to forget the tires and I picked up my truck without new tires. The service on the truck was completed as promised with the exception of tires and resetting of the oil filter info So I purchased new tires at a tire shop because I have to drive to Spokane Thursday and did not want to have problems getting tires from your service. Jeff did all he could.

Just an inquiry, being this is my 1st time at your dealership and for services. Do you offer vehicle to be washed and vacuumed, especially if maintenance services are done? I'm used to my former dealership in Southern California, that my vehicle was washed and vacuumed every time it was brought into service. This was not mentioned nor offered when I came to pickup my vehicle.

The only problem I had was you didn't have the parts for the driver side. So now we have to make another appointment which means we are without a vehicle. But you did work with us on leaving g the keys with sales as we weren't able to pick up the jeep before you all went home. Thanks for that

I spoke with Cindy, the service manager and shared my profound dissatisfaction with your dealership. I will never buy a car nor have a car serviced there ever again. I will also spread the word how horrible your business is. As I’ve told 2 other people already; they also replied to me that they experienced and saw horrible service at your dealership.

The changes within the service department was a good idea. I’ve had some bad experiences before, to the point I contemplated taking our vehicles somewhere else for service. Scott Long has been very helpful and attentive to customer satisfaction, and I’m feeling more optimistic about doing business with **** Hannah service department in the future
