Changing the headlight assembly took 9.5 hours. That seemed as an excessive amount of time. Other than that, the staff was friendly.

I took my key in because it wasn't working right so you sold me a new fob for 260 dollars and gave me my old key back as well so I thought for the hell of it I'll take a look and I fixed it in 30 seconds by poping it apart and aligning the buttons I just don't understand why none of your Tech's didn't try to fix my key?

The last time I had my vehicle serviced with you guys I had all the fluids flushed and changed and it cost about $700. Then my transmission went out, not your fault I know. I have it towed to you guys and get it fixed and my service advisor tells me I need the power steering flushed and changed which I thought should of been taken care of with my previous visit. That’s the first problem. The second problem is that I was with out my vehicle for almost two weeks because waiting for parts and the holidays which I totally understand. But I asked about a loaner vehicle twice and nobody ever got back to me they just said, I’ll look in to that for you. Nobody ever did get back to me which I think is ridiculous. Also there were no updates with my vehicle. It would have been nice to get a phone call saying we have your parts now it should be done soon. But I got nothing. If it wasn’t for you guys being the closest dealership I probably wouldn’t be bringing my vehicle to you. Thanks
