I asked at the beginning of the appointment for the oil change to see if anything else needs to be done. He said no but once the oil change was done he told me that he saw in the notes that the air filter and cabin filter needs to be changed so I had to wait 20 minutes until my car was able to e taken into the service and have the filters changed.

Dayton Wong had a great presence about him. Very professional, paid attention to my need for time sensitivity as I had an appointment after my service with Volkswagen. He checked in with me in plenty of time for my next appointment. He had me out of there way before I needed to be.

Dayton is a gem. I brought my car in a week ago for the 50k service. I noticed after picking my car up that the acceleration wasn’t very responsive. I emailed Dayton this morning and he promptly responded (within minutes) to bring my car back this afternoon. I brought It back, he personally took it for a drive to determine with the mechanic what to problem was. Everything was fixed and I was on my way in about an hour. Dayton was responsive, friendly, and very apologetic that I had to bring my car back so soon. He is a huge asset to your company. He is the epitome of what customer service should be. If I could give him more than 10 stars, I would.

Dayton contacted me directly after seeing a note from the scheduled. I was hoping to get my car serviced earlier than my appointment, but was ok with waiting. He arranged a shuttle for me and stayed in contact throughout. He was attentive, responsive and professional. Thanks for a great experience.
