Carl was great. However - the dealership lack of consideration for customer needs is disconcerting. 1. Vehicle detailing services need to be available on Saturdays to support those customers who have difficulty bringing in a car for service Mon-Fri. This lack means that one day of service become two - for those who are already time constrained.
2. The lack of provision of a loaner or gratis rental car while spending +/- $1000 on service makes the dealership appear cheap; and/or foolish in not considering that non-dealership shops provide the same services as the dealership. In sum, if the dealership is going to charge top drawer prices and strive to be the epitome of service, then the service must be commenced ate. It isn't. Thanks. KEITH M
We had heard that the car would be washed & vacuumed. It was close to the end of the day, so I understand why it wasn’t. I really appreciate Carl. I’ll be back.
It took 3 hours for an oil change.
Everything went well, Carl was on top of everything and I even got through before estimates time frame!
Noah did great work on my 2012 Tiguan and was very helpful from start to finish.

The only thing wrong was black grease on passenger mirror greasy handprint on hood .

In total 4.5 hours and 2 visits to complete a front tire fix .
Your crew should have known before an hour an a half that my tire was unrepairable . Also they should know to not put a brand new front tire next to a tire with 17,000 miles on it . That is why I had to return after work . To have them put that tire to the back .The new front tire which cost $39 to mount and balance . Les Schwab charges $22
Hard lesson learned and wasted time on my only day off of the week
I was there for 3 hours to get my oil changed. They said it would only be 2. I was late for a appointment because of it. They did offer me a free one because of it.
I am also not happy that my service for 30,000 was overlooked and I am at 39,000. I have had all my oil changes there and no one ever mentioned that I needed it until now.
I am looking into having it serviced at another **** Hannah dealership in the Milwaukie area if there is one. I felt my oil change and inspection was rushed at the end so that I could leave otherwise I would of been even longer.
I appreciated the way Noah Mayer treated me and took care of me. The first experience with the other people is not as good a few weeks prior. Mr. Mayor was very kind and very conscientious and I appreciated all he did for me.
Fast, attentive, professional, acts like a manager
My back door latch will no longer open and my gas door latch is also malfunctioning. I just got my car back Saturday and only drove it Sunday. Both worked perfectly before I lost my key and had to bring it in for a new one.
The manager has already told me they would not be responsible for any charges associated with fixing my latch (which again worked perfectly) before it was with you for over a week of service.
My car was not washed or vacuumed and my old sticker for my oil change is still in the window so now I’m wondering if that was even done.
