It took an hour and a half to get my car back for just an oil change. When I went to check on it , it was sitting there already done and nobody came to tell me it was finished.

The service was quick and the customer service was great. The only issue was the printer not checking off all of what was completed during the inspection so it made me feel like something was missed during the inspection.

wrong oil was used for oil change. Had to come in a second time to get that re-done. While I appreciate being notified swiftly for the mistake and being serviced promptly, this is not acceptable for a routine job. Also I had some additional questions flagged on drop off which were forgotten about when I followed up. All in all, spotty service. I should have been refunded for this visit as time sitting and waiting is costly for me as I need to take time off work to so so. I would appreciate being contacted to discuss a refund of $94.33

Hate to say no, because everything was great, but I had trouble with getting a call back from several service writers to get a status report. Other than that, I’m very happy with your troubleshooting and repair of the clicking problem. I haven’t heard it at all since.

Thank you for going back to the switch on my fan, and repairing it to move from low, medium and high. I immediately felt the heat as I drove away. It may need more attention, but it is much improved. I will keep in touch with Megan. Thank you for your time and effort. My car has never been serviced from anyone other than **** Hannah, and I have a record of every service call. I love my car, and the way it drives. I will always bring my car back to you.
