You are lucky to have someone as amazing as Lesli, she was incredible at making me feel valued and staying in touch with me as well as answering my questions. I’m less than pleased that I had to come in for a recall but this turned out to be a positive experience because of her.

It was the 2nd time when I left the service center when the hood of my car wasn't closed completely! I traveled on the freeway and it could've opened and hurt someone.

Noah and Pablo were great. Addressed all concerns. A little hesitant about an engine noise at 43K that Hyundai doesn’t want to deal with? Service staff is greatly improved since a few years ago. Don’t like dealing with reoccurring car problems between service intervals and a problem that wouldn’t repeat during visit. Could have used a ride to Vancouver after spending over $100,000 for cars from you in the last 8 years?

I left my car overnight for servicing and as always I am very satisfied with the level of service and prefessionalism that I received from the staff. Noah is an A-1 technician and for him I'm very thankful.

I was mostly happy with Noah and the team however I requested that along with the oil change and checking the transmission that my TPMS light was on and to correct that as well. I didn’t notice that it was still on until I was already on my way to another meeting I had so I called to see what was going on with it, a part ordered or something, Noah was away so left message and never got call back. I didn’t want to loose my car again or continue to have the light that is why I requested it to be taken care all in one visit. Kinda disappointing in not be corrected or contacted back after my call.

Every time I bring my car in to be serviced something is different than what they told me on the phone! Last time the girl told me one price and it was double. This time she said they’ll have it ready by 1:00pm if You’re bringing it in at 9:30. Then when I got There and Noah informs me that it will take better part of the day but.......I didn’t expect to Be there from 9:30am till 5:00pm. That was Ridiculous and you hadcno rental and I was Under the impression that I got a rental once a year! I was not paying for a rental either. I’ve given your team and dealership so many chances But I’m done. At the beginning of next year I was planning on buying from you as I have in the past but guess what? NO WAY will I give you the opportunity to sell me a new SUV! I’m sorry but this is only one instance there are others and quite frankly too MANY. DAVE B
