I feel like I have been given the run around thru the buying and service. I am not happy. Mariah was nice but did not take care of my problem. I feel like I've been taken advantage of being a single woman. I would go to another dealership if I had a choice. If my car continues to have issues I will want **** Hannah to take my care back for a full refund plus refund my extended warranty. I like my car but not with the issues it has since I drove it off the lot. I hope we can resolve these problems. I purchased a car so NOT to have problems and be in the service department. Anna M

I am very unhappy with the services I was provided. Previous to taking my car in for service on 2/7/19, I had taken my car to fuel up that same morning and everything was working properly and I have never had a problem with the fuel door until I took it in to **** hannah dealership. I was told by a **** hannah advisor that the technician had trouble opening the flange door to access the fuel, my fuel door is opened by pressing a button inside the car, so my concern is that if the door did not open, then how did the technician get it open. My other concerns is that my door was forced opened and I feel it's unfair for me to pay for something that was not broken nor had problems with previously

Mariah and Miguel were both professional and friendly. My car was finished early which was a pleasant surprise. The entire experience was wonderful. I like that dealership since that is where I booight my car. I also saw Aaron who sold me the car. Thank you!

Other than dealing with a sales associate, to receive my vehicle. That ignorant **** pissed me off to the point that I had to mention "Make a call to the Mgmt..." He refused, so I said "Then, let me call him." He refused again, I said, "Well, If I can't get my car and you won't help me at all, then I'll have to call police..." That's when things went the right direction (No call to Police). Roy called me and made it all work out very smooth. Roy Is Very Knowledgeable, Quick To Handle My Issue & Excellent At His Position. The Service Manager Jeff Is Also Great At His Job! Came In From Home, For Me To Get My Car. I think Ms. Jessica Pham from the Service Dept was great, easy for me to speak with, upfront & honest. Although, I have a simple fault code coming up for Fuel Pump Relay (J17)... That wasn't there before... Can somebody correct it? Please...

Mariah went above and beyond for me. She advocated that my service was covered under extended warranty and did not take no for an answer. She is the best!!! I love **** Hannah and Mariah’s service is one of the reasons why. Thank you!!!
