Hannah was friendly and she knew my problem before I got to the dealership; which means she actually looked at my appointment notes. Also Pablo was great as usual, made sure to keep me updated as well as Hannah did and he makes sure that I’m satisfied every visit that I make to the dealership.
Miguel was very professional and mindful of my time and availability. When he discussed the recommendations he was not pushy but explained the importance of them. I really appreciated his high level of quality customer service

Mariah did a fantastic job. I have a problem with the mechanics time to replace my thermostat. Labor time came out to $343.63 that’s over 2 and a half hours for a thermostat. I contacted mechanics around me and they all seem to think this was rather priced high. I mean, I left frustrated but I didn’t want to take it out on Mariah since she did her job just fine.
Pablo was great but I’m still having trouble with my car. They replaced the AC control panel because the heated seat lights were not functioning properly and now the recycle air button isn’t working. Also the time/glass repair may not be seated properly. I’m pretty frustrated to have to make a third appointment in three weeks for a brand new car.
Jessica Pham and Mike Rein were professional in every sense of the way. I wish that Hannah had dealerships of most makes so that all of my vehicles could be serviced by them!
Hannah was really wonderful! My car got done in half the expected time, which was really nice since I live 3 hours away from the dealership. Complimentary car wash was also awesome! thank you thank you ya’ll really are the best!
I came in to get an oil changed for my Nissan truck. It took me an hour to get it done. I also asked for my free car wash and I was told that they are going to do it for me. After I waited that long, I noticed that my truck did not get washed at all. When I asked, the service guy said that they forgot and they thought they did. What kind of customer service was that? Very poor! I was not happy with them and I will take my car somewhere else next time.
As always, I felt very welcome and my needs for transportation well met.
