Was quoted a four hour wait when I arrived for a drop in oil service. They acknowledged I drove over an hour and was waiting onsite while car was serviced, and was able to bump me up the list. I only ended up waiting maybe an hour, to hour and fifteen minutes. This was greatly appreciated.

Mariah’s service was excellent and she told me that the service people filled my wiper fluid and in fact it was not done. I got half way home in traffic before I discovered that the fluid was still empty, very disappointing.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. My service appointment was for routine maintenance. The work needed was thoroughly explained and I was not pressured to buy anything unnecessary. Not only was the service excellent but the personnel were pleasant, courteous and very professional. For sure **** Hannah Motors is where I will go for all my automotive needs.
I picked up my vehicle today, seems to be running well so far. My issue is with all the grease marks on the upholstery inside and smudge marks around the interior and on the carpet floor. Also, the exterior was very dirty and had a door ding that never existed before. Most dealerships wash the vehicles before returning them to the customers. Also, upon delivery of the vehicle (tow truck) i was never offered a loaner vehicle and was out a vehicle for two days. Im very disappointed in this dealership and their professionalism. I will be reporting this to VW Customer Care.

The service done was great but I asked to have wiper blades replaced if needed, on the receipt it says I declined which I did not ,noone let me know they did need to be replaced I did not decline anything The girl that checked me in never came back to let me know what was needed,just oil changed and given a ticket for car wash
She was very friendly and clarified my questions.
