Chad was very helpful and responsive. However I am concerned that I was told to replace my battery only to be told that I didn't have to any more when it was discovered that the battery was still under warranty.

The price I was quoted was totally different from what I was quoted when I called and spoke with someone at length in September. (That person was quite friendly, by the way.) At my appointment the person checking in my car was short with me, and continued to not be clear about cost of service. I did not gwt the serbice done that was needed and my car is idling terribly hard. That's unacceptable for a new car. Also, I'm told now that a tire rotation is "around $25." If i had bought tires anywhere wlse, the rotation would have been free for the life of the tires. In summary, I overpaid for an oil change, didn't gwt my car cleaned as I had specifically asked for, didn't gwt a tire rotation - because for the first time Ibwas told that was an additional (vague and changing) amount, and my car is idling terrible. My car only has 11,000 miles on it and it's driving like a beater car. This is all unacceptable. I paid tok much and didn't gwt done what I needed to do. I'm also a cancer patient, and driving to and waitong for appointments likw this is a huge expwnditure of energy for me. The representative helping me was only friendly as he checked me out, and then asked me to only call him directly, and to give him the highest rating on the email survey I would recieve. The service was terrible in all regards, and my car isn't driving well.
