I am always happy with the overall services of Toyota. However, today was annoying. I had an appt at 1:40pm and I was told over the phone it wouldn’t take any longer than 2 hours. It took 3. And multiple walk ins came after me and left before me. I was in for a 30,000 mile routine service and was told this was an important one that took a long time. In my opinion, all service checks are important. But if I make an appt, I should be ahead of walk ins. If there are too many walk ins and not enough staff, those customers shouldn’t be seen.

Brandon is a nice guy. Communication was key. I would like to see quicker diagnostic followed by ordering of parts. Long time waiting for parts arrival. Diagnose issue and order parts immediately. Thanks again.

We came in for the first time to do a simple service and it wasn’t done right and furthermore the technician was dishonest about performing the inspection. The cabin air filter was supposedly “inspected” and checked out good, however, I had removed the filter a few days earlier. Dishonest service and incompetent service advisor means we won’t be coming back.

Vehicle has Toyota care however every time I’m asked to pay for oil change and I have to tell rep that the vehicle has Toyota care. You should have that info already in your system as this is the only place the vehicle has been us d for service.

I’m happy that I came in for an oil change and was reminded that I was coming up on my 10,000 mile check up should I get them all done together appointment was 240 All taken care of No worries of anything falling apart for the next 5,000 Miles except gas so I’m happy Thank you
