Bill was over double what was quoted to me. I was refunded. Had pads replaced and rotors turned and now my truck will barely stop. Paint is melting off of one of the pads. Pedal goes to the floor. Can’t believe you guys let my wife drive off with it in that condition. Not safe. It’s now the weekend so I can’t get a hold of anyone.

Horrible service. The technician was very rude, we were quoted one amount and ended up paying much more, and I had to stand in the rain to put my floor mats back in the car. Will NOT be returning.

Had to wait for over an hour for my cars battery to be checked. Then when reconnecting the battery,the did not reconnect my backup camera. It is an important saftey issue for us.

It’s been a month and still waiting for a resalution, I did call and talk to Caleb around a week ago. He said he was waiting for his manager to get something set up with the Toyota rep, this was the only and last communication I have had with him.
