They told me that they did a multi-point inspection and that my brakes were in good condition. However, prior to my appointment my brakes were squeaking and have only gotten worse since. I dont believe that a complete multipoint inspection was carried out. Also they didnt vacuum out my vehicle like they said they were going to.

I was scheduled at 8am, but waited for nearly 1.5hrs. I was not prepared to wait that long. Hoping it was a one time occurance, because the staff and quality were great!
