The service guys were excellent.I still feel like the issue of my car is not done yet.The noise they are hearing the service said is from my sunroof.I called anouther toyota dealer and they said that it could be that,but did they take the back tires off? I am not sure.To fix the knocking it will cost $1200.I have the extended warranty but won't cover it.Also this was the second time I bought my car in for this same thing.But I have 41,000 miles on my car.The warranty stopped st 36 000.If you can help me that would be wonderful..Thank you,Susan Z

Some how they had in the computer that our car had just been serviced in Aug. However it wasn't our car so they mixed the vin#. I was expecting to get a safety check and they didn't do it because they said it had just been done.

No reason to call...had a 7:15 appt, was there well over an hour for an oil change. You over schedule and under staff. This is not first time it has happened.
