few little things tbat made my experience not the greatest. the staff do not communicate well with customers. after my car was done I thought all they cared about is to get yku out of the door. they do not tell you what was done or if any comments on the car until I asked them. the driver of the shuttle bus when I took it first time he started to question everything as if he is forced to do this job. and stared telling me that he will have his lunch hour soon so he cant pick me up back which is something I do not to hear about it is a managerial level talk not the customer. the car was supposed to be qashed ans was mentioned on the vouxher jt qas wached but it was not. tbat put some suspicious on what else was supposed to be done and was not done. If possible I do not want to be contacted for any further feedback i think I just mentioned everything.

My receipt stated complimentary wash and vacuum. The car was NOT washed or vacuumed. The gal that checked me out needs some training in customer service.
