Tyler was amazingly helpful, realizing my tight schedule and delivering everything as promised, adjusting his time and work situation to best suit my needs. And I still want to give a tip to whoever it was who so thoroughly and efficiently washed and vacuumed my truck (he got away before I could reach him and your service writer said not to worry, but I will have his tip for him when I see him next!
I went in for an oil change on my Toyota Camry this morning and when I came home, I noticed that the passenger side of the car had scratches. I called their service department and wanted to talk to Tyler Gonzales, the person who was took care of the car, but he wasn't available. I said I'm taking it back and show them the scratches. When I went back and talked to Tyler, he said that the scratch had touch up paint. I told him when I brought the car in, there were no scratches. He looked at me like I was lying. He then proceeded to say that he had to tell his director about this and that he will call me. I had to tell him to take pictures or he wouldn't even bother doing. I have been taking my cars to dealers every time I need an oil change and this is the worst experience I ever had. You trust that they will take good care of your car when you bring it in, not to have them scratch it up and deny it happened. Very bad customer service !!!

They got my car right away. Don’t really like what it’s going to cost to fix it. I don’t like the fact that you don’t know how long it will take to get the part! But other than that everything was great!
a) I expected to be given some kind of estimated time frame, at least by the time they took my vehicle back and inspected it. Although I had an appointment, two hours went by before I stopped the representative who took my car, as she was walking by, and asked for an ETA. She came back and said it was in the wash now.
b) 30 minutes later, I went out at asked if I could at least settle up. Apparently, my vehicle had been done and ready for a while but the paperwork was sitting on another lady's desk who was busy, although my rep had been free.
By the time she finished checking me out, it was 2 hrs and 45 minutes for an oil change (with an appointment) with no attempt at communicating with the customer and even knowing I waiting, letting my vehicle sit for at least 15 minutes after being don't until I followed up (again) myself.
