Picked car up after hours. Car was not washed, no detailed invoice or summary of what work was done. Received a text after car was finished that I would receive a text with summary info, never got it. My last experience with Tyler was less then satisfactory as well. He was supposed to get back to me about tires and after two attempts to get an answer from him and no return phone call I went somewhere else. He did not follow through or provide me with the customer service I expect. I use this location because it is convient for me but it looks as if o may need to travel to Vancouver for me services. I’m very disappointed in my experience at this location.

I really missed you washing my car. A Washman coupon really doesn't work for me because I don't want all the brushes scratching my paint. Also, I have several antennas which cannot be removed which make a brushed car wash not viable. I know it is a lot to ask, but it would be great for me personally if if I could get a coupon for the Chevron station at 1055 Tennant Way. They have a brushless car wash. I am very happy with your service over all

I was a bit shocked that my car was not washed at all even though it was on my receipt and I was charged for wipers. I called in and was reimbursed for that portion.
