Major miscommunication today by used car sales staff and service department. During the sale, used car sales manager failed to disclose items that were put into the deal that we thought were covered by the used car department and money was only allocated for the half the cost on the we owe. I have worked at a dealership in the service dept previously and the way that the we owe process was handled by the sales staff has made me lose trust in this dealership. We have a Highlander that we will be replacing soon and we taking our business to a different dealership because of this.

Crissi was great. However, i was quoted a different price for the service. Once the service was rendered, i was given a complete different price. Rep had no idea why the person that scheduled my service gave me a different price.
