Renee made my day. I was initially quoted a fair price on a set of matte black Trd wheels for my new Tacoma, however the wheels were not available in 16 inch. Tyler and Wes tried to find a substitution, but Toyota would not release them as they are saved for fj models. When I decided on the Trd 16 inch gloss Renee made me a priority and provided a fair price. Thanks Renee, Tyler, and Wes for the service.

I had to wait an hour for the shuttle to take me home after dropping my car off. Not acceptable.
When I arrived, she said I didn't have an appointment. I insisted I did so she checked with the guy who had set it up. Apparently he forgot to schedule it. Otherwise the service was good both days.

Crissy is great! Great attitude and takes the time to explain everything. Also, the technicians working on and inspecting the vehicles must be doing a great job because Crissy is telling me things they have found on my vehicles which have either gone out or need to be replaced that my last service location didn’t catch or talk to me about.
